The Social Development Network is a governed by a Board of Directors who serve on a Voluntary capacity. The Board member are renowned for the contribution in civil society over the years, constantly informing the day to day interaction of SODNET with its members and target communities.
- The chairperson of the board heads the organization and oversees the implementation of SODNET plans and programmes.
- The organization works through the Secretariat headed by the Executive Director and supported by a technical team of professionals in different fields.
- The Executive Director will be deputized by the Deputy Director who acts as the head of Programmes.
- The secretariat is responsible for implementing all the policies of SODNET and sanctioned programmes.
